Our client is an award-winning, multi-discipline National Property & Construction Consultancy, working across a vast array of sectors, with end clients in both the Private & Public Sector. They are now seeing a Senior Project Manager to join their Birmingham office due to an exciting increase in workload.


Your new role

Within this Senior Project Manager role, you will be establishing lines of communication between clients and the design team, arranging surveys, investigations, and feasibility reports, managing finances throughout the project lifecycle, managing the design team, procurement of contractors and sub-contractors and evaluation of tenders, quality inspections and management, and managing stakeholders throughout the course of the project lifecycle.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will have extensive experience as a Project Manager in a construction consultancy environment. You will have demonstrable experience in leading projects, setting up new projects, and managing projects throughout their entire lifecycle. You will ideally have chartership with either RICS, CIOB, RIBA or MICE.

A salary of up to £55,000 is offered for this role dependant on experience.
