We are working in partnership with a notable Chartered Surveyors' Practice based in Birmingham in the West Midlands. The organisation has been established for over 30 years, working with a vast client base across both the public and private sector in the UK, and over that time has built up an excellent reputation across the West Midlands.


Your new role

This role will be cover the traditional Building Surveying duties including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Defect Analysis, Expert Witness & Party Wall matters.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed you will be a chartered Building Surveyor with demonstrable experience of proving the traditional Building Surveying services alongside a relevant degree. You will be highly driven to further your career as a Building Surveyor and grow with the company as there is possibility of moving into a Director position in the future.


What you'll get in return

An excellent package is on offer for this role, with a base salary of up up to £60,000 dependant on experience, with an additional car allowance, attractive bonus scheme and 25 days holiday. The salary could be considerably more for a Surveyor who has a loyal client base, and this can be discussed on a case by case basis.
