Assistant Building Surveyor, Birmingham £Competitive Salary APC Structured Programme to MRICS

I am working in partnership with a renowned Commercial Property Consultancy based in Birmingham. They are eager to grow their current Building Consultancy team and have the opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join the organization and progress into a Chartered Building Surveyor role.

Your new role

In this role you will be performing building inspections, condition surveys, and defect diagnosis all under the guidance of the firms senior Building Surveyors. You will also be performing contract administration, specification of works, and report writing.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree, and experience across Building Surveying. You will ideally already be enrolled on the APC and working towards chartership but this is not an exhaustive requirement. You will also hold a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
