Your new company

I am working closely with of one the UK's leading Commercial Property Consultants who are seeking to make an appointment of a Partner in the Building Consultancy in Birmingham. The organisation works with an array of exciting clients across both the private and public sector, as well as large PLC's and investment firms providing a range of commercial real estate services.


Your new role

Within this role, you will play an active role in shaping the success of the Building Consultancy department moving forwards and helping to grow the team. You will be working in partnership with a range of other departments to deliver success across the business. Within this role you will be covering the Midlands and the Northern regions of the UK and therefore you will not be required to directly work out of the Birmingham office and will be able to conduct this role remotely if you desire.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with experience working across a variety of different commercial sectors, with excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills. You will have experience in the management of a team of surveyors and will have strong business development skills to drive future revenue. You will have experience working in a previous Associate/Director position and will have a demonstrable track record of success.


What you'll get in return

A salary of up to £85,000 is offered in this position including a Car Allowance of £8K. You will benefit from private health insurance, a generous pension structure, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising with length of service. You will also have the opportunity to progress into a full Equity Partner.
