Job Title: Operations Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Liverpool city centre
Salary: £50,000-£65,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + additional benefits

Your new role
As the business continues to grow its property portfolio of PRS schemes and student accommodation in the city this is an integral new role in the business. The Operations Manager will have overall responsibility for the operational management of Property Managers, customer service and maintenance operatives who service the property portfolio. With major plans to redevelop the structure as they continue to grow the business owners are seeking the hire of an Operations Manager who can influence, provide advice and really shape this role to be their own.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Operations Manager will have a proven background at a senior management level within property management and must be able to demonstrate strategic and operational management within a similar role. With a number of direct reports this role will suit an individual who can demonstrate the ability to lead , motivate and performance manage. It is essential that you have operated within a property management business before.
