Site Manager position for established house builder based in Wrexham

Your new role

As Site Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of up to 60 houses on an established site based in Llay, Wrexham

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of site, health & safety, management of sub-contract and direct trades & labour, site inductions, toolbox talks and chairing site meetings.

You will be reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and work along side one other Site Manager


What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience with volume house builders with 50+ units per year
• Used to working in a fast paced environment on site
• Proven track record, delivering projects to a high quality standard on schedule
• Have relevant qualifications such as SMSTS & First Aid.

What you'll get in return

Salary of between £55,000 - £62,000 DOE + package, including holiday benefits
