The expanding Building Surveying team of this award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy, with a secure pipeline of work, are seeking a passionate and focused Associate Level Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in a close-knit team in London. Sectors include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, healthcare, commercial and insurance work. You will also be expected to be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth.

You will be MRICS and hands on delivering building surveying services with a bias to project work. You be comfortable leading projects, often coordinating in house multi discipline design services as well as taking on client management and development and supervision and mentoring of junior members of the team.
