You will be working for a small family based Mechanical Building Services Contractor based in Derbyshire. The company has been established over a 100 years and gains consistent work. They work with a variety of different sectors including; Educational, Healthcare and commercial with the majority of their work coming in within the Midlands area.

Your new role
You will be working between a Junior to Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a Mechanical Building Services Contractor based in Derbyshire. You will have opportunity to work the full cycle of the role, this will include:

-Attending site surveys
-Sending enquires
-Revising of plans and drawings
-Space calculations
-Part 'L'


What you'll need to succeed
You will a junior to senior mechanical design engineer with experience of working in the building services industry preferably for a contractor. Alongside this it would also be preferable that you have a related building service qualification or similar. You will also need to show a passion for building services.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary between £25,000 - £55,000, Car/Allowance. Healthcare (after probation period). You will be offered 24 days annual leave + standard bank holidays. The company also supports CPD.
