Senior Cost Manager
London

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor is required in the London Office of this leading UK Construction & Development Consultancy, a position which forms an integral part of their dedicated Cost Management division.
Projects will vary across sectors covered, this can include but will not be limited to: Culture & Heritage, Education, Hotels & Leisure, Life Sciences & Health, Public Sector & Local Government, Mixed-use Regeneration, Offices & Commercial, Residential, Retail and Sport.
You will be capable of working on projects with minimum supervision in all areas of Cost Management from inception to completion.
You will be MRICS with a relevant Degree and good IT literacy, particularly in respect of preparing spreadsheets and an ability to communicate effectively at a high technical level with clients, members of the design team, other professionals in the industry, and contractors in all written communication.
