We are working closely with one of the UK's leading Property & Investment Management companies who are looking to appoint a Project Surveyor to their team based in Dudley. They have a portfolio of over £2Billion working with an array of exciting clients predominantly made up of FTSE 100 Companies.


Your new role

In this role you will be conducting Building Surveying/Project Management duties, working within the Estates team. Your day to day work will involve, performing feasibility reports, contract administration, maintenance, acting as the principal designer, and working with stakeholders including asset managers and property managers.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have a fundamental understanding of aspects of building surveying, and will have experience of the hands on role as a Building Surveyor as well as the Contract work to support this, and you will also have experience in Health & Safety and compliance.
