Maintenance Officer

Your new company
Our client, a Housing Association in Glasgow/West of Scotland region, are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Officer to their team to support a gap caused by an unfilled permanent post.

Your new role
Your new role will be focused around delivering planned and reactive maintenance, assisting the end client in recording the condition of their housing stock in order to inform their planned maintenance programme & providing repairs support to the associations housing stock.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will come from a Maintenance Officer/Property Services Officer background - having either worked for a Housing Association or Council in a similar capacity.
