Prime City Centre Project Requires Site Manager to join their team for an immediate start.

Your new company
Our client are a leading UK developer with a strong reputation for delivering high end hotels and student accommodation projects up and down the country. As one of their flagship projects gets up and running in Edinburgh they are seeking to add an experienced site manager to their team.


Your new role
This a role with an immediate start for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have extensive site management experience on large commercial projects with expertise in both internal and external packages. You will be working with an existing site team with an experienced team of subcontractors and your role will be very much out onsite interacting with the contractors onsite. This project encompasses both refurbishment and new build elements and our client are open to accepting candidates with a range of experiences.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have broad construction experience along with relevant qualifications such as SMSTS , Black Card etc and be able to commence immediately.
