Your new company
A private limited company specialising in commercial and residential real estate. It owns and manages a wide-ranging portfolio in the office, retail, industrial and residential sectors. It has built a portfolio of UK property which it manages in-house. The Group's strategy is to secure growth through the considered asset management of the existing portfolio and the acquisition of carefully chosen investment and development opportunities.

Your new role
To specify any works that are required to maintain and upgrade the property portfolio throughout the country. This ranges from minor to major works e.g. redecorating an office suite, to full refurbishment of an office block. To ensure value for money on all works.
To appoint and work with specialist consultants on projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree in building surveying or a HNC in building studies or equivalent.
Member of RICS or CIOB is desirable.
To have a good understanding of the construction/refurbishment industry.
