Technical Coordinator/Architectural Technician - Housebuilder - East Midlands

Your new company
A family run housebuilder focused on high end residential developments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality. You will work closely alongside senior stakeholders in the business to add to the existing portfolio of house types, keeping abreast of changes in building regulations, as well as offering ideas and bespoke solutions on a range of high end residential developments (values of up to £1 million are not uncommon).

You will prepare detailed technical packages and planning applications, getting involved in every stage from land acquisition through to handover of keys, making this a really exciting role for the right candidate.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience within a housebuilder environment, with a portfolio of strong technical detailing and excellent knowledge of building regulations, planning process etc. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong time management and and ethos of getting things done to the very highest of standards.
