Civils Site Agent

Experienced Civils Site Agent required for 278 Highways scheme nr Warrington


Hays Civil Engineering are working with a large Civil Engineering Contractor, to recruit an experienced Civils Site Agent to run this project on site

Working as the Principal Contractor on site, you will have full autonomy for the day to day running of the project, reporting into the visiting Contracts Manager

The value of the project is c.£4m, so you must have experience working on projects of this size previously, as the main Site Agent on site

The bulk of the works will consist of Junction Improvements, Reconfiguration of Signalling, Remodelling and Remodification of Highway works, Construction of Access Roads, Drainage and Earthworks. Due to the nature of this scheme and its location, there will be extensive TM in place, so it's imperative that you have experience working on live Highway projects, and the management of TM

You must be fully versed and capable of the management of all paperwork, documentation, RAMS, Permits, stakeholder management, and day to day subcontractor management

You will have responsibility for driving production and the programme of works, and ensure works are carried out to specification

This is a Temp / Freelance role for upto 12 months, with an immediate start on offer for the successful applicant

PSC workers are welcome to apply, and an IR35 determination will be required to be carried out to confirm status
