Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor role for a national privately owned multi-asset investment company, specialising in a broad range of projects, from Housebuilding, commercial/retail units and hotels.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Prestwich, with regular travel across Nationwide projects. Flexible hybrid working option
Remuneration: £45,000- £70,000 Salary depending on experience.

Your new company
A national privately-owned investment company working on a wide range of projects, including House-building, Commercial and retail units, hotels and refurbishment. Focused on property investment and development, they are working on 8 current projects, with another 30+ in the pipeline. With a turnover of £100+ Million, and 70 staff, they have hit upon an excellent formula which enables the company to offer great training and progression, whilst maintaining great professional relationships and building a great reputation within the industry. Demonstrating fantastic staff tenure, with multiple staff members having stayed with the company for 10+ plus years. Great progression, with employees working from QS level all the way up to Directorship. Open-door policy, engaging in regular meetings with Directors to ensure great standards and high levels of job satisfaction.

Your new role
Working on a variety of projects nationwide, the role will offer autonomy, flexible working and overnight trips to a huge variety of locations, from St Ives in Cornwall to more local sites in the North West. With such a broad range of projects, from small retail units to large mixed-use developments and beyond, your skills and experience will be expanded massively within your first few years in the role.

What you'll need to succeed
A proven background in a variety of Quantity Surveying disciplines across professional services and project management within a range of projects. You must be a team player and possess strong technical knowledge. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. COINS experience is preferred, but not essential.
