For over 20 years this company have been providing demolition services across the UK. Capable of delivering full demolition works; from concrete crushing to demolition. From their home base, Bristol.

Your new role
The new role is considered a project manager/contracts manager role and the contract stipulate the individual must have in excess of 5 years experience within demolition ideally, site manager, project manager or above. The company have works throughout the South West, Wales and the Midland currently. The role would be hybrid between office and visiting projects.

What you'll need to succeed
The ability to...

• Formulate RAMS for demolition projects
• Formulate other documents for site works i.e traffic management, programmes quality assurance and such like.
• Under regular site visits to asses progression
• Have good commercial knowledge
• Undertake health and safety audits
• Ensuring projects and continuing on budget and on programme
