Job running Architect/Technician - Projects circa £10 million

A leading practice in Birmingham's Jewellery quarter is looking to bring on board a job runner to manage projects of circa £10 million in value across industrial and commercial sectors.

Your new role
As a job running Architect you will be taking projects from initial design, right through to managing on site and liaising with contractors. There may also be opportunity for an experienced Technician/Technologist with job running experience who can take projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have excellent Revit drafting skills, ideally with experience across Industrial projects of a similar value. You will be able to demonstrate through a portfolio of work experience taking projects from concept through to management on site.
