Your new company
Our client are a large tier 1 contractor with an excellent reputation across multiple sectors. One of their most high profile projects in Western Edinburgh is seeking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all activities onsite ensuring they are completed in a safe and efficient manner utilising your team of experienced and competent subcontractors. Working with your PM you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment ensuring that works are completed in line with the programme.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client are a tier 1 contractor who have tier 1 expectations when it comes to quality, health and safety and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be from a tier 1 or 2 background with experience within the education , healthcare or large commercial sectors and will be from a trade qualified or degree background. You will be ambitious to progress your career towards project management or Senior Site Management and see yourself as an expert site manager who takes pride in your work and enjoy building positive relationships on your projects. External stakeholders such as PM firms, architects and design teams respect and appreciate your level of competence and professionalism.
