Senior Project Manager

Your new role
As Senior PM you will be responsible for the full delivery of large publicly funded projects within the education , health or community space. These projects could be up to £50million in value and will be complex, challenging and stimulating to their large site team. Your role will be to lead and engage your team of established construction professionals in the efficient delivery of these projects and assist the senior leadership of our client in the development of a positive relationship with your client.


What you'll need to succeed
Our client are seeking a construction professional who has already delivered projects of this scale and complexity and is comfortable in taking on the challenge of managing a large team to do this. You will be an experienced PM with a strong track record of project delivery behind you and this can be backed up by your reputation of competency and leadership. You will have a positive profile in the key target markets supported by previous project delivery. Ideally you will be from a tertiary background.

Our client are seeking their next senior leader who is looking to progress their career into executive level senior management and directorship. This opportunity will deliver this in time to the successful candidate. You will understand the challenge and leadership requirements of a role such as this in a Tier 1 environment and thrive in this situation.
