The contractors an innovative and fast-growing business specialising in construction, refurbishment, and facilities maintenance services for the built environment. Its core sectors of expertise include transportation infrastructure, education, healthcare, and commercial/industrial facilities. With a nationwide client base, they operate from their headquarters in Liverpool and various project satellite offices throughout the UK.

Your new role

The role is to obtain and evaluate information to ensure a realistic cost for the supply of works, goods, materials and services for designated refurbishment/maintenance projects/contracts. Whilst liaising with Contractors, Suppliers and Clients to ensure information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of designated project/ contracts.

You will be working on a broad range of works predominantly within the Transport Infrastructure sector - planned works, small works and Public Sector planned works, with a good command for schedules of rates. The role will include site working/visits in and around the North West.


What you'll need to succeed

• Quantity surveying degree required/preferred
• Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
