Grounds Maintenance Operative

An opportunity has arisen to join the estates team at a leading research campus based near Cambridge.

Your new company
Are a fantastic market leading research campus based just outside of Cambridge. The site is spectacular with a number of fantastic facilities including restaurant facilities, a café, bar, nursery, gym, sports and social club.

Your new role
You would be responsible for maintaining and managing the formal grounds on site in accordance grounds maintenance needs, as well as maintaining the wider Estate areas. You would also be responsible for helping with the waste management.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have some experience in a similar position or a relevant qualification.
Experience of working on a large site would also be extremely advantageous.



What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of up to £25,000 including a fantastic holiday allowance of 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + an extra 3 at the Christmas shut down. A pension package where you contribute 3% and they contribute 10.5%.
