Building Surveyor Job, Warwick, Midlands Up to £60,000 + Benefits + Professional Fees Payed + Car Allowance
Your new company
You will be working for long-standing independent Chartered Surveyors practice based in Warwick that covers the Midlands area, offering professional surveying services including valuations, lettings, development, planning, property management and building surveying. Due to continuous growth, the company is now looking to add another Building Surveyor.
Your new role
In this role, you will be working under the supervision of one of a partner within the organisation and will be working on a range of projects and professional services, proving building surveying services across the Commercial, Residential, Rural, and Education sectors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree or will have equivalent industry experience. In order to succeed, you will be a confident communicator in order to form strong relationships with clients and will have a pro-active attitude towards your work. A full driving license is required for this role as there will be travel involved around the Midlands region.
What you'll get in return
A salary of up to £60,000 is offered for this role, dependant on experience. Other benefits include all professional and development fees being paid by the company, a generous car allowance and mileage expenses, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and a generous pension scheme.
