Property/Asset Manager (12 Month Contract) Up to £45,000 + 3K Car Allowance WFH - Office based 1 day per week.

You will be working for one of the largest and oldest Property Consultancies in the UK, providing services right across the Property spectrum with an exciting and diverse range of longstanding end clients. Your new role
In this role, you will be covering all aspects of Property & Asset Management within the Infrastructure team over a 12 month fixed contract. The day to day management will include, the leasing and letting of property, undertaking rent reviews and lease reviews, acquisitions into the portfolio, collection of rent, undertaking inspections and managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will be able to manage your own workload, visiting clients as and when is required, with the requirement to be in the office 1 day per week. All other work can be done remotely from home.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working within residential/commercial property management, dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors, and working in a fast paced environment. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and you will also have a driver's license as travel to clients will be required.
What you'll get in return
A base salary of up to £45,000 is offered dependant on experience, with a £3K Car Allowance added on top. You will be able to work remotely with minimal time needed in the office, and you will be able to manage your own workload.
