Site Manager

5 month contract working for a PLC House Builder. Up to £26ph.

Your new company
Hays Construction and Property is working closely with a well known PLC house builder in Northamptonshire. They are looking for a hard working and motivated individual to join the site as a Site manager.

Your new role
The site has around 76 houses on the plot and the role consists of leading site inductions/ER/ booking in visitors and general admin, taking both customers and clients around the site, CMI Process , Build Sequence and NHBS inspection. Whilst being the go to person for contractors/ sub-contractors and labourers- and keeping health and safety at the heart of what you do.

What you'll need to succeed
-CSCS Card
-CMSTS
-First Aid
- Experience working in residential housing

What you'll get in return
-5 month contract
-Attractive hourly rate of up to £25.75ph umbrella or slightly less PAYE.
