Your new company
We are delighted to be working with a high-profile public-sector organisation to source a Project Manager (Energy). This organisation is one of NI's largest employers and have been providing their service for over 50 years. As part of their investment strategy to their service and estate they have a number of multimillion-pound projects both under construction and in the pipeline, along with significant modernisation and change underway to decarbonise their existing estate and property portfolio.

Your new role
This is a full-time permanent job offering the opportunity to either work from this organisations state of the art purpose-built office facility or from your own home.
You will oversee the planning, organisation and delivery of Energy Management services and projects, with safety, commerciality, customer service and legislative compliance as key drivers. This includes leading change and influencing employee behaviours in energy management best practice. Key to this will be to provide effective energy efficiency expertise and project management delivery in a technically complex environment.

What you'll need to succeed
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following essential criteria:
Minimum of a Degree or equivalent qualification in an energy related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in successfully managing energy related projects.
Experience of setting strategy, policy and KPI's, identifying, justifying, and implementing energy reduction projects and tools.
Experience of implementing energy management processes, internal and external reporting on energy consumption and initiatives.
Experience of contract management
Experience of energy auditing
Experience of delivering energy projects
