A vibrant and fast growing East Midlands based contractor who run projects predominantly in the public sector space including fit-out and refurb on residential and public buildings.

Your new role
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running multiple projects across the Nottinghamshire and East Midlands regions; you will also be managing site and contract staff, keeping an eye on budgets and liaising with customers/clients.
Projects typically include refurbishments, painting and small works projects for commercial, office and civic sites.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be in an Project Manager or Assistant Contract Manager role currently and ideally have knowledge of small works projects including kitchen/bathroom fitting and finishing projects for Commercial, Office or Civic buildings.
You will have an SMSTS, First Aid and have strong trade skills.
