Your new role
You will need to be able to work on an array of projects over a period of time with them differing in size and style. This role will also include working well as a member of the team and fitting well in the company structure, being able to learn from those above and mentoring the newer members.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be an independent worker who can be trusted to complete tasks given to them. You will also need experience in using ARCADY and PICADY as well as a drive to continue learning and achieve the goals to complete projects. You will ideally relish in the opportunity to take a more key role in projects and take control of leading stages from start to finish.
