Associate Director role for one of the market leaders in civils projects across multiple offices.


Your new company
They are one of the market leaders in designing, engineering and managing infrastructure across the country working on multi million pound projects.

Your new role
Your position as an associate director will include heading up a wide range of difficult and fascinating projects spanning many different areas of the industry, including healthcare, commercial offices, education, retail, mixed-use, and residential initiatives. As you will be in a client facing position you will also be expected to support the company's vision and strategic goal of offering their clients an integrated, high-quality service in a welcoming, professional manner and to showcase their enthusiasm for cutting-edge, environmentally friendly construction.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as an associate director in this company you will need to have BEng, BSc, MEng or MSc in Civil Engineering from an ICE approved institution and experience in design management for civils projects. Having achieved chartered status will lead you to be successful when applying for this position as it is one of the qualifications needed for this role. You will require a flexible attitude to work, the capacity to collaborate with others, as well as strong presenting, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities. The role will require good analytical and critical thinking skills.
