Long Term Freelance Contract for Experienced Site Manager In Fife.

Your new company
Our client are an up and coming Edinburgh based builder who are seeking an experienced site manager to take a medium size housing development to a successful conclusion.

Your new role
This role is to manager a housing project which is almost complete to a successful conclusion and is based in Fife. You will be responsible for supervising and managing subcontractors on the project ensuring they are working in a safe and efficient manner. You will also be expected to keep accurate records and communicate effectively with your contracts manager who will be onsite regularly. Ideally you will have a proactive approach backed up by extensive construction knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client are seeking to appoint someone in the next couple of weeks so ideally you will be immediately available or finishing your current contract. You will enjoy jumping on an existing project and getting to know it quickly and have a keen understanding of how a housing project is completed effectively. Of course you will be a hard worker with a strong focus on quality of work and taking pride in your project.

Our client are an SME business so we can pay into your PTY business or CIS. A competitive hourly rate will be paid to the right candidate. Our client have plenty of work coming through so can offer further work on successful completion of this contract.
