Project Manager role based in Liverpool- 18 Month Contract

The contractor is an award-winning property development and maintenance Company, with over 10 year's experience over a broad range of projects around the North West. With an annual turnover of £100million + and more than 100 members of staff, they have built a great reputation nationwide.
Project Manager role available. Based in Liverpool, on a 9 storey, 64 unit block of flats.
The contract will run for 18 months+
Rate: Between £250-£275 a day depending on experience.
