Job Details
Site Manager with strong experience on external roofing works.
Our client is a Tier 1 building company and they are looking for an experienced site manager with a strong external roofing background for a large £multi project in Oxfordshire. You will need to hold current SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid Certificates as a minimum. You will report to the Project Manager
Your role will be to oversee Health & Safety on site along with daily management of all staff and subcontractors.
- Review design drawings, raise RFI when required
- Manage the flow of sub-contractor design information
- Input into the risk/opportunities register and implement actions to minimise risks & maximise opportunities
- Agree and monitor programmes for sub-contractors
