Your new company
Hays is currently working alongside a contractor with over 100 years across infrastructure, residential, commercial, industrial and more. They are committed to the long-term sustainability of the built environment. They are now looking for a MEP property surveying as a permanent role.


Your new role
As the new M&E Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all areas of Cost Management, including budget estimates/cost plans, bills of quantities, tendering, valuations, final accounts, effective variation control and client liaison including presentations.
You will be joining the Cambridge office team for a permanent role taking care on 2 particular projects for the period of 3 years


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed you will need to have experience on MEP quantity surveying on the industrial sector. You will have the ability to communicate effectively at a high technical level with clients, members of the design team, other professionals in the industry. You will also have Cost Management experience and a pro-active, professional, self-motivated attitude to work.
