Electrical Engineer - Associate


Leading construction and built environment consultancy are looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer who will manage a team of Senior Engineers and oversee the design and delivery process of assigned projects. The Associate will work alongside the Associate Director providing support on design and construction projects including performing electrical engineering analysis and design, establishing project design requirements, design criteria, and estimating assumptions, supporting construction and commissioning efforts, interfacing with clients, customers, consultants, and construction firms.

You will provide support at all stages of the design process on related projects – in particular bringing specialist insight into the concept design stage to ensure the subsequent design stages are developed with a winning strategy and appropriate level of innovation with the latest industry knowledge.

You will hold a BEng(Hons) Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering with experience of seeing conceptual designs through to completion and dealing directly with clients.

You will be proficient in the use of IT systems with experience of using Amtech Pro Design, Dialux and/or Dialux Evo, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
