Quantity Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for Quantity Surveyor working with a consultancy based in Manchester.

Your new company
A Manchester based consultancy offering project management, cost consultancy and employer's agent services. They work across a range of sector offering secure workload across retail, commercial, residential, industrial and leisure sectors. The office is located in South Manchester with great public transport links and brilliant office environment.

Your new role
In this role you will be working closely with clients delivering pre and post contract services, preliminary cost advice, life cycle costing, value engineering, tender procurement, contract documentation and cost management. You will be working in a team environment with support given for any further career progression and training.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in quantity surveying or equivalent with post graduation experience and ambitious attitude. You will be MRICS chartered or on the way to becoming chartered with experience working for a consultancy or clients side.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
