Senior Project Manager / Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a Project Manager/ Building Surveyor to work with a global consultancy.

Your new company
Global multi-disciplinary consultancy currently looking to grow their property & surveying team. They specialise in transport, property and industrial sector projects. They have an established surveying team which you will be a part of, working out of Manchester or Warrington office.

Your new role
On daily basis you will be working as part of de project management, building surveying team. The work here is a mix of private and public sector work including offices and schools. You will be involved in client meetings, contract administration, project management, dilapidation etc.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an MRICS building surveyor or project manager with experience working in similar sectors. You will be a approaching or at senior level in your career with few years post qualification experience.
