Carpenter

The opportunity has arisen for a carpenter to join the estates team in an Education facility in Cambridge.

Your new company
Are a higher education provider based in Cambridge that are looking to expand their team with a carpenter. The estates division are responsible for the maintenance of over 300 different buildings.

Your new role
Is to ensure the maintenance is completed to an effective standard, both PPM's and reactive maintenance throughout the facilities. You will be responsible for the construction, alteration and repairs for all 1st and 2nd fixings of various natures.

What you'll need to succeed
Recognised carpentry Joinery apprenticeship with City and Guilds certificate or equivalent NVQ level 3.

What you'll get in return
A salary between £24,285 - £27,929 as well as 36 days annual leave + 3 extra in lieu. Enrolment into a pension scheme.
