Associate Commercial Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for an associate commercial surveyor working with a great consultancy in Manchester.

Your new company
National consultancy of over 150, delivering building consultancy and agency services. They work across a range of sectors, including retail, transport, and local government frameworks.
This role will be based in Manchester office which is easily accessible on a public transport.
You will me a key member of the team liaising with tenants and managing a couple of junior team members.

Your new role
Working as part of the commercial agency team focusing on projects within the retail and transport sector. Your day to day will involve:

• Acquisitions, disposals and general 360 agency
• Providing general advice on national and local markets
• Rent review, lease renewal and valuation work
• Market research and producing detailed agency reports
• Attending client meetings
• Business Generation
• Training junior team members.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified commercial surveyor with previous experience working within real estate ideally on commercial and retail properties. You will be an MRICS chartered individual with few years PQE experience with a 'can do' attitude and ambition to progress your career.
