Global firm with over £1.5 billion turnover now looking to grow their team in Manchester. Currently the Manchester office is over 350 people strong and they are looking to grow the surveying and project management team.

Your new role
In this role you will be involved in all aspect of project management though you may be involved in some surveying duties as well. You will be involved in liaising with the clients, contract administration, progress meeting, design meetings and final handover. You will be working on commercial offices with an average value of £13 million.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in building surveying or project management with experience working within the property and surveying sector. If you are a building surveyor looking to move more into project work - this is the perfect opportunity for you. Equally if you are a project architect, who is money driven and would like to achieve higher return on the projects you work on this could be a great next move.
Ideally you will be qualified with a RICS accredited degree.
