This client is a UK leading Property Services Company, operating across the UK nationwide. They are experts in delivering planned and responsive services across the built environment with an array of different end clients across both the private and public sector.


Your new role

You will be joining the Planned Maintenance & Capital Works team in the Birmingham office. You will be delivering planned and responsive services across the built environment to a varied range of clients including private companies, schools, housing associations and care homes. The main functions of this role are to manage contract accounting, cost control, preparation of CVR's, valuations to monitor performance, measure + prepare cost estimates and tenders and develop and maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience construction QS or Estimating. You will have previous tendering experience, be proficient using Microsoft Excel, have experience in labour and sub-contractor procurement, and will have managed contract accounting.


What you'll get in return

This role offers a salary package of £51,000 made up of a base salary of £45,000 and a Car Allowance of £6,000. The company also offer a 10% bonus on annual salary as part of their profit sharing scheme to further bolster this attractive package. The company also operate a flexible and hybrid working model so the vast majority of office based work can be done from home.
