We are excited to be working with a large Property & Planning Consultancy operating UK wide, providing services across a range of different sectors including retail & leisure, industrial, healthcare, and residential.

Your new role

In this role you will be based in the Birmingham office, and will be responsible for providing a range of building surveying services to clients including but not limited to, building surveys, refurbishments, defect analysis, planned maintenance, feasibility studies, party wall issues, and dilapidations.


What you'll need to succeed

You will be MRICS Chartered or currently on the APC pathway, and will have practical experience of performing key building surveying services. You will be a clear and effective communicator and have strong organisational skills.

A salary of up to £60,000 is offered, dependent on experience.
