Associate - Cost Management, Birmingham, West Midlands Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance Consultancy Environment

We are excited to be recruiting for a renowned multi-national construction and property consultancy for their Birmingham office in the West Midlands. The company works alongside some of the world's largest companies and brands in a multitude of different sectors across the construction and property industries.
Your new role
Within this role you will be working within the Cost Management team. You will be working on a variety of projects nationwide within the commercial retail sector including city centre and shopping centre regenerations alongside many other notable and exciting projects that will pave the way for tomorrow's world. You will have a share in leading this team and driving future business forward, whilst managing a team of Surveyors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have extensive cost management experience with a detailed knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and cost planning. You will also have a strong knowledge of constriction procurement methods with knowledge of contract and tendering methods. You will also have demonstrable team management skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
What you'll get in return
A salary of £75,000 is offered dependant on experience. You will also receive a car allowance of £4.5K, 26 days holiday, plus a healthy pension contribution and private personal health cover.
