Independent Living Scheme Manager Job in Kirkham / Wesham


I have a 2 - 3 month temp placement available working as an independent living scheme manager / coordinator across 3 schemes in Wesham.

You will be supporting prospective tenants with walk rounds and sign ups, providing existing tenants with welfare checks and low level housing advice and guidance such as with money advice for benefits, rent arrears and signposting.

DBS and Driver required as you will need to cover 3 schemes, some of which have vulnerable tenants.

£13 to £15 per hour
