Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a building surveyor within the projects team of a great consultancy.

Your new company
This is an international consultancy with great reputation in Manchester. They offer a range of services, including building consultancy and architecture. Projects involve a lot of transport and education sector projects. Academies, diocese, transport clients. This consultancy is located in the city centre of Manchester with easy access on tramp, train and/or bus. The office is within walking distance from great local bars and restaurants making it easy to socialise with team members and clients.

Your new role
Working as a building surveyor/ project manager who can run/ design projects. You will be a part of the building surveying team of 17 and will have the support of the wider office. This role will offer flexible/ hybrid working approach and further support with any chartership or career progression.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a degree qualified building surveyor with experience of designing and delivering projects. You will be able to work autonomously with minimal support on projects across the North West.
