Sheltered Housing Assistant job available in Knowsley, the role involves supporting tenants in sheltered housing accommodation in Knowsley. As a housing assistant you will support the tenants with signposting to support with things such as money advice, benefits support, tenancy sustainment and reporting repairs.

Transferable skills would be considered, including experience supporting elderly residents in a care capacity.

To be successful in this role you will need to be empathetic, organised and computer literate. This role requires a DBS, if you have an update service DBS or DBS dated within the past 12 months this would be advantageous.
