Permanent caretaker role for schools in Southampton. Grounds maintenance roles in Hedge End


We are working with a collective of schools to hire caretakers for their sites in Hedge End.

Your new company
Our client are responsible for the education and well-being of hundreds of children across three sites. They are expanding their maintenance team to meet their growing needs and are looking for members that are happy to learn new skills as required.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the basic security of the school, as well as basic maintenance and some ad hoc cleaning duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be in good physical condition to handle the moving of furniture and deliveries. Specific trades skills will be advantageous, but not essential for this role. Most important is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. You will need to be happy working early mornings and the occasional Saturday morning.

Successful applicants will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
