Job Details
Our client is a boutique Building Consultancy with an experienced and specialist team. Having had an already successful start they are in growth mode and currently looking for a commercially minded Project Manager to focus on landlord led projects primarily within zones 3-6. The project focus is commercial refurbishments working with well regarded clients.
To be considered you will ideally be a chartered MRICS Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager with a passion for Project work. You will have a hands on attitude and want to work with a business where everyone gets involved and has a "one team" mentality.
In return you will be given a competitive annual salary, a contractual bonus which you can be in control of, flexible working and a great West End office.
