Construction Site Supervisor

I am working exclusively with an exciting Contractor / Developer in the Chester area, and they have invited me to recruit a Working Site Supervisor to join their experienced team

Reporting directly to the Directors of the business, this is an outstanding and unique opportunity to join a developing and emerging business in the local Chester area

Specialising in Renovations and Refurbishments of existing buildings, you will be an experienced and qualified joiner, and will have a flair and passion for finishing and style. They specialise in contemporary designs, superior quality, and work on projects up to 1m in value

You will be able to lead, manage and motivate small gangs of trades on site, and you will be able to manage all aspects of site activity

This role with suit a Joiner who is making that step in to a Management / Supervision role, or suit a current Supervisor who is looking for a new opportunity

If you have a passion for Joinery, an obsession with Finishing, and want to add value to a local business who are really going places, then this could be the role for you

You'll be critical from transferring conceptual design ideas into reality on site, and you'll be bought into the vision, values and success of this business

This is a salaried, permanent position with a company van, and benefits on offer for the successful candidate
