Job Details

Development led project manager required for our client, providing project and development management services to an expanding number of high profile, blue chip clients.  They focus on out of town retail, industrial and also have an involvement in residential, hotels and mixed use developments across the UK.

You will be involved in managing all aspects of the development process, with a truly hands on approach, working closely with clients.  To be considered you will have a personable approach and an excellent ability to communicate both written and verbally. 

You could have gained experience as a Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor, Development or Construction professional but progressed as a Project Manager with experience of managing projects up to £10M.  Landlord retail experience is a pre-requisite / highly desired.

A fantastic opportunity awaits for someone who is keen to gain more exposure to development led projects.
