Project Manager, 10million, Commercial build


Your new company
Working with a well known regional contractor within the South West, the contractor specialise across both private and public sector clients, schools, hospital and high end residential projects to name a few. The company are experiencing very busy times and therefore need additional resource.

Your new role
Your new role will be to project manager a new 10million pound commercial build. You will take the project from pre construction to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked on projects of similar ilk before, you will have support from a rolling contracts manager but the project will be very much 'project manager' owned. You must be client facing. SMSTS, CSCS + First aid minimum
